Buck
"Bourbon"
Bourbon put a consistently long and elegant body style on his daughters and flattened out our rump angle. We are listing him because some of the genetics I am working with in our dam lines are not blending well production-wise. He has one daughter here who is a different mix of genetics and she is absolutely phenomenal in the milk production department so I know it's just our herd, and not his fault. I would be happy to chat with you about this if you think his genetics might work for you.

Doe in milk
$450
"Deja"
Deja is a really phenomenal-looking doe who really has a lot to offer her next herd. She's got a rocking body and the most amazing rump anyone could ever ask for! She has never had a problem kidding and would be a wonderful addition to someone who needs a strong maternal line to draw from with no kidding issues. She has kid 2 to 4 kids each freshening. She cycles religiously and is fast to get pregnant. The only reason I am selling her is that she is not as heavy of a producer as my other does her age. She makes enough milk to feed her babies, but she has large competition here. Her teats and udder are large and easy to milk with machine or by hand. She has been shown and placed consistently in the top of her class in every ring, placing between 2nd and 4th.

Doe in milk

"Ruthie"
Ruthie is such a sweet girl; I am so sad to list her. Ruthie is a first freshener who freshened with an udder lower than I am willing to work with. She makes a ton of milk (for her age) and it tastes amazing. She is very easy to hand milk and has wonderful milk stand manners. She is easy to lead, play with, and is an overall gentle girl. Her body style and rump are incredible just like the long lines of genetics on both sides of her pedigree would suggest. If you need a solid doe with minimal issues and a lot of creamy, delicious milk from a doe easy to work with- she's your gal. She kid BIG triplets- two bucks and a doe all on her own. The doe will be staying here.

Doe in milk
$350
"Blair"
Blair is a yearling doe who freshened with a really high and well-attached udder. She rocked giving birth to her triplets and was able to push both bucks and a doe out butt first without intervention. She is also a super sweet doe who is great on the milk stand! Her teats are unfortunately the main motivation in her listing. She would go best to someone with small hands or who uses a milk machine primarily. She is from a long line of does that have teats that pull out and get easier to milk as they move forward in their lactation but I don't want to take the time when all the other yearlings I am working with are already there. Her Dam is Bambi, arguably one of the best does to milk I have, and she was similar at her first freshening.

Dry Doe
$250
"Peppa"
Peppa freshened this year with BIG twin bucks very easily! She is a really pretty doe with a lot to offer her new herd. For her body style she is built very well and looks very elegant. She freshened with lots of other does her age and her milk production was in the lowest percentile for my herd so I dried her up. She would be great for anyone who needs to add a strong general appearance without sacrificing other conformational qualities they have been working towards. Based on her genetics I would expect her second freshening to be much more milk. She has an easy-to-milk udder with teats that express very well.

Dry Doe

"Enid"
Enid is a sweet doe who freshened with twins (1buck and 1 doe). She was able to kid effortlessly just like my other does and had a very adorable mini-me daughter that I am keeping. She is on the low end of the milk production for my yearlings so although she could keep going, I chose to dry off a few does to save myself time. Her mom was a very consistent milker who never peaked very high but could and would milk for a long time through the heat with no problem at all. I suspect Enid to be the same!
